(1) Daily treatment 100t, 200t of fresh tomato (Brix 28-30% of finished tomato paste); 
(2) Daily treatment 220t, 330t of fresh tomato (Brix 28-30% of finished tomato paste), using a semi-automatic control; 
(3) Daily treatment 430t, 500t, 660t, 800t, 1000t, 1250t, 1500t of fresh tomato, automatical control, can stably produce Brix 36-38% (4.5-9 viscosity), 30-32% high viscosity (viscosity 4-5), 40-42% tomato paste. 

Scope: 
Applicable to stably produce Brix 36-38% (4.5-9 viscosity), 30-32% high viscosity (viscosity 4-5), 40-42% tomato paste. Fresh tomato treatment capacity from 100 tons / day up to 1500 tons / day. 

System: 
Tomato Elevator, floating washing machine, sorter, waste conveyor, screw pump, weeder, crusher, balance tanks, preheater, refined finisher, slagging machine, hygiene feed pumps, forced circulating evaporator, sterilization machine, filling machine, etc. 

Main Features: 
1. The whole set system has reasonable and beautiful design, stable operation, high efficiency, energy saving and low steam consumption. 
2. The evaporator is forced circulating type which can make the tomato paste easily flow and evaporate and shorten the concentrating time. 
3. Low evaporation temperature, the heat can be fully used. The heating of paste is mild, the evaporator is heated evenly in the pipe with high heat transfer coefficient, can prevent the occurrence of "dry walls". 
4. The condenser of special structure is adopted, and it can work normally in the cooling water with temperature of 30 C, or even higher. 
5. Continuous materials inlet and outlet, and the liquid level of materials and needed concentration can be automatically controlled.
