Pan Fitting is made of Caron Steel (or Alloy Steel) with a corrosion-resistant durable zinc plated finish.

Raw Material: Carbon Steel, or High Strength Alloy Steel. (We can also customize according to Customer's Requirment.) 

Processing Flow:

1st Step:
O Ring: Casting → Drilling → Polishing → Zinc Plated

Bracket: Punching → Polishing → Zinc Plated

Pin: Cold Heading (with Carbon Steel or High Strength Alloy Steel)  → Machining → Polishing (Vibratory polishing) → Zinc Plated

Spring: Spring Coiling (with Spring Steel) → Zinc Plated

2nd Step:
Riveting Assembly

2. High power drilling machine; 

3. Punching press machine (High power precision stamping machine); 

4. Cold Heading Machine;

5. Riveting Machine;

7. Vibratory polishing machine; 

Installation: 
Try to choose a versatile tie-down spot that will be convenient for all kinds of loads, corners of truck beds and trailers are often optimal. Try to choose a versatile tie-down spot that will be convenient for all kinds of loads, corners of truck beds and trailers are often optimal.
Place the mounting backplate down on the area where you want to install the D ring and use the mounting holes to draw diagonal lines so that you get a perfectly centered spot.
Use the center spot to cut a hole using a hole saw and/or chisel. Be careful to double-check all applicable dimensions before cutting.

If you are using a mounting plate, insert it on the trailer underside and secure your tie-down anchor with bolts, washers, and lock nuts.
Fix and install the tie-down anchor on the surface.
