Thick STS steel Synchro cut to length line

Synchro cutting is required when a steel coil processing plate want to cut huge quantity STS plates at short time and STS plates surface is clean.

Stainless steel sheet is high quality steel, which requires high precision high quality cut to length machine. Stainless steel, such as SUS200, SUS300, SUS400 series, compared with normal carbon steel Yield strength ≤270Mpa Tensile strength≤465Mpa, STS has better strength.

Thick STS steel plates require stacking should be one by one falling on plate pile. Thus the plate receiving roller arm should close and receive one plate and then open to release the plate falling down. the roller arm open-close actions are pneumatic, controlled by PLC and feedback sensor in closed loop. Meanwhile, plate sender, piling roller table, X scissor table and side pushers are indispensible composition.
