thermal conductivity mineral wool,rock wool 50mm,fire insulation rock wool   PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY PROCESS: Rock wool tube is a kind of rock wool insulation materials, which is mainly used in the pipe. It takes natural basalt as the main raw materials,  after high temperature melting, made by high speed centrifugal equipment of artificial inorganic fibers, while adding a special binder and dustproof oil,  then through heat curing, made into a variety of specification, different requirements of rock wool insulating tubes.     Rock wool pipe insulation material is based on superior melted basalt and diabase as the main raw material, through advanced centrifuge system of four-roller cotton process which pulls melted basaltic rockwool into a 4 ~ 7μm non continuous fibers followed by adding a certain amount of binder, dust laying oil, water repellent before settlement folding, curing, cutting and other processes, and then made into the products of different density depending on purpose of usage.   SPECIFICATION:
