TEXTILE DYEING FINISHING SPRAY HUMIDIFIER MACHINE FOR STENTER MACHINE
USAGE:
It's installed in inlet or outlet of stenter machine, outlet of compactor machine to humidify fabric or feed chemical to fabric to get target weight or hand feel in final process.
FEATURES:
1.The unique design of the new spray disc solves the problems of the traditional spray disc, such as easy blockage, uneven spray, large water particles, bearing damage easily and high cost.
2. The unique pattern design of the sprinkler makes the spraying more uniform, the water particles smaller, the spray never blocked, the sprayer no need to replaced and the longer service life.
3. The main material of the new type spray disc is made of imported ABS material, which has high temperature resistance of 300 degree ( better guarantee of service life).
4.The new sprinkler has a higher speed (6000 RPM) than the traditional spray disc. The new sprinkler disc guarantees that the water emittedis absorbed more efficiently by the cloth surface and saves more water.
5. Sprinkler belts imported from Italy, which is more durable.
