T-Slotted Cast Iron Plates

1. Custom made T-slotted cast iron floor plates, leveling bolts installed onto the concrete foundations. Used as tooling plates to hold workpieces for testing, assembly, welding, layout, marking, machining etc.;

2. Grey cast iron, nodular cast iron or steel made. Twice annealing heattreatments to eliminate internal stress to a minimum to maintain long time precision;

3. Surface flatness accuracy and T-slots sizes can be made to DIN standards or specified by customers;

4. Solid construction, ribbed construction can be made on these cast iron floor plates;. Twice annealment s eliminate the internal stress to minimum to retain the accuracy free away from distortion for a long time;

5. Leveling bolts or leveling pads can be supplied with the cast iron T-slotted plates if request;

6. Any sizes can be made. A drawing is welcomed.
