Spiral plate heat exchanger is used in chemical industry, petroleum, medicine, food, solvent, light industry, textile, metallurgy, steel rolling, coking and other industries. It is suitable for convection heat transfer and waste heat recovery of steam steam, steam liquid and liquid liquid. It can also be used for steam condensation and liquid evaporation heat transfer.



Structure and features:

The equipment is made of two steel plates, forming two uniform spiral channels. The two kinds of heat transfer medium can flow reversely, which greatly enhances the heat transfer effect. Even if the temperature difference between the two kinds of medium is small, the ideal heat transfer effect can be achieved.



Because the curvature of the spiral channel is uniform, the flow direction of the fluid in the equipment is not large, and the total resistance is small. Therefore, the design flow rate can be increased to make it have higher heat transfer capacity.



The end face of spiral channel of type I non detachable spiral plate heat exchanger adopts welding seal, so it has high sealing performance.



2. The structural principle of type III detachable spiral plate heat exchanger is basically the same as that of non detachable heat exchanger. Type II has one channel which can be disassembled and cleaned, and type III has two channels which can be disassembled for cleaning. It is especially suitable for heat exchange with viscous and precipitated liquid. It has a wide range of applications.



The nominal pressure of spiral plate heat exchanger pn0.6, 1.0, 1.6, 2.5MPa (refers to the maximum working pressure borne by the channel). According to the material is divided into carbon steel and stainless steel. When a single equipment can not meet the requirements, use multiple sets of combination, (parallel combination, series combination, mixed combination) users can choose according to the actual process.
