Calcium lignosulfonate is a multi-component polymer anionic surfactant, the appearance of light yellow to dark brown powder, slightly aromatic smell, molecular weight is generally between 800 ~ 10000, has a strong dispersion, bonding, chelation. The pH value of 1% aqueous solution is about 4 ~ 6.Spray drying of waste cooking liquid, usually from acid pulping or sulfite pulping. Application

Calcium lignosulfonate can be used for refining auxiliaries, casting, pesticide wettable powder processing, briquette suppression, mining, mineral dressing agent, road, soil, dust control, leather tanning packing, carbon black granulation and so on.

1.Water reducer
Improve concrete's impermeability, frost resistance, and reduce bleeding. In addition to sugar, wood calcium contains retarding group hydroxyl (—OH) and ether bond (—O—) in its molecule, which can inhibit initial hydration, so it has a retarding effect. The retardation effect of wood calcium changes significantly with the decrease of temperature.
2.ceramics
Calcium lignosulfonate is used in ceramic products, which can reduce the carbon content and increase the green strength, reduce the amount of plastic clay, have good mud fluidity, increase the yield by 70-90%, and reduce the sintering speed from 70 minutes to 40 minutes.

3.Refractory
