  Submersible deep well water pump 65/66 series Product Description  Application: The 65/66 submersible water pump is single-suction multi-stage vertical submersible pump. In special situations the pump also can be installed in horizontal.    Temperature of the water should not exceed 20 centigrade. The sediment concentration should be not over 0.01%.The PH value of the water should between 6.5 and 8.5.The well should be right and straight.   Construction:  Series 65 submersible pump ius designed with radial guide-vane construction; and series 66, space flow-passage guide vane construction.   The pump consists of pump body, motor, and control box. The pump is divided into working part and pipeline part.    Pump Working Part: The working parts consist of impeller, pump shaft, suction casing, intermediate casing, discharge casing, shaft bush, etc. The impeller and shaft is connected by key. The motor drives pump through the sleeve coupling.   Suction casing, intermediate casing and discharge casing should be fixed by means of the bolts. The copper shaft bush is mounted in the discharge casing to support the pump shaft and lubricated with water. Each intermediate casing is fitted with copper sleeve as additional support to keep the unit operating in balance.   Impeller is axially located by retain sleeve, located sleeve and shaft sleeve, and tightened by shaft nut. For high head and more stages pump, the working part of pump is divided in to upper and lower part which is connected by intermediate casing.   Pump Pipeline Part:  The pineline par is desinged for guiding flow and suspending the working part and motor. It is consited of non-return valve, discharge pipe, pump base and so on. Non-return valve can be used to prevent pump from anti-rotation due to back flow during stopping, Discharge pipe can be connected by both types of flange and thread connectio.
