Brief introduction This is a kind of low viscosity resinae product, solidified the low strength cement floor into a dense and firm enterity via macromolecule self polymerization. The agent has features of high permeability(usual able to penetrate 1-3mm), simple construction, water-proofing and grease-proofing, excellent and lasting dust-proof effect.   2. Application a. Ash and sand concrete floor, cements mortar floor. b. Ash terrazzo floor. c. Ash carborundum ground. d. Ash cement self-leveling floor.   3. Construction technology A. Base requirement (1) Keep ground completely dry without oil pollution; paint, glue or other dirt must be removed completely. (2) The low strength slurry on the new construction concrete surface must be wiped off with methods of burnishing, water flushing with broso etc. (3) Before painting “TD-XF2”concrete surface treating agent, it is better to clean up the ground dust with a vacuum cleaner. B. Construction (1) Use directly since open no need for stirring and without any additives. (2) Painting directly with ordinary middle-long brush cylinder orderly to avoid missing or multiplicating painting area. (3) Roll painting 2-4 times based on ground dusting degree until ground color completely darkened(like the drought cement floor color after wetted with water), about dosage 0.3-0.5kg/m2. (4) Available to put into normal use with 12 hours maintenance after construction. It takes about 15 days to reach the best effect.   4. Attention A. Material dosage should be increased for the areas with serious dusting (usually quick-drying). B. Product belongs to inflammable material, contains organic solvent with pungent smell, pay attention to ventilation and flames when construction. C. Bad weather resistance, do not suggest outdoor application. D. Construction temperature: 0℃-50℃. E.
