Applications:
This machine is uniquely designed for single side polishing a wide variety of surfaces where flatness and ultra precision surface finish is critical. These materials include STN-LCD, CSTN-LCD glass substrates, and other hard and fragile materials.
Main Features:
1, The drive motors with advanced inverters realize soft start and stop.
2, Speed reducer motor drives the lower polishing plate. Lower plate rotational speed is adjustable by the switch located on the control panel.
3, Upper plate up and down, as well as overturn movement, is controlled by pneumatic system.
