The product character as bellow:
1.the kettles are made in pipelining, auto-welding, the quality is steady and high, outside is smooth, ex-works is packed type, advanced structure, the rational design, easy installation and less investment.
2.The structure is steel horizontal-drum design, the end-cover is made of full 16Mn steel plate, passed by pressing. The flange also is made of the full smithing steel. The welding of pressure parts are passed X-ray no-damaged inspecting and heat process.
3.The opening door`s structure includes manual work, electromotion, gas drive, hydraulic pressure. The open type have side-opening and up-opening. The kettles has perfect interlock-protecting device, avoiding error operation, insuring the safety operating and personnel safety.
4.The door`s seal adopt special latex sealed loop, easy installation and good seal, use long life.
5.The kettle `s support includes three type, fixed support, moving support and special support. It insures the heat expanding and cold shrinkage, insures the normal working and use life.
6.The product according to the national standard GB150-1998, passed inspecting by National Bureau of Quality Inspection and Quarantine.
