Steel Wire Electro Zinc Coating Surface Treatment Line   Product Description   Product information: Production process: Pay-off --> Alkali washing(Degreasing) --> Washing --> Annealing --> Pickling -->Hot water cleaning --> Electro-galvanizing -->Washing -->Drying -->Take-up   For the annealing furnace, you can choose fire directly fired annealing furnace; Or non-oxidation annealing furnace, for this type there is not necessary for pickling, reduce the wire oxidation wastage and acid consumption, incrase the woking invironment.
