Surface treatment:
1. Primary steel structure apply ball blasting to grade Sa 2.5 after fabrication. Secondary steel structure apply manual derusting to grade St 2.0.
2. Painting: Alcohol acid paint, epoxy zinc rich paint or fluorocarbon paint. Various colors available. Paint dry film thickness is about 60-120 microns. Or as per clients' request.
3. Hot dip galvanized. The hot dip galvanized thickness reaches 275 -- 500gsm.

9) Surface:
Two lays of Anti-Rust Paint.
10) Packing:
Main steel frame without packing load in 40'OT, roof and wall panel load in 40'HQ.
