Brief Introduction: 

WAW- 1000 G Computer control electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine is a kind of high precision material test equipment which adopts hydraulic power source drive, electro-hydraulic servo control technology, computer data acquisition and processing, which can realize closed-loop control and automatic detection. It is composed of four parts: main engine of testing machine, oil source (hydraulic power source), measurement and control display system and test instrument. The maximum test force is 1000kN, and the accuracy grade of testing machine is grade 1.

The WAW-1000G is a specialized steel strand testing machine , which is mainly used in the national standard test of steel strand tensile test (such as GB/T5224-2003 Specification for tensile test of pre-stressed steel strand). The clamping clamp is specially designed for steel strand test, and the clamping block length is 240 mm. It can effectively hold the end of metal wrapped or metal cast steel strand and adapt to the steel strand with 5 core 7 core or more steel wire core. The distance between the upper and lower clamps is 1160 mm, which is suitable for the sample length of standard steel strand.
