The steel fiber reinforced castable in boiler and furnace used in areas such as, top, side wall, in the iron and steel, metallurgy, chemical industry and building materials are widely used, its usage is almost the same with the use of concrete, formula and the preferred chosen material being stirred evenly, after using a vibrator is close-grained after curing and heat treatment, and because of the particularity of amorphous castable used parts, so according to the different site conditions, the castable also needs to have guaranteed the quality of construction.

Steel fiber reinforced castable is using special grade bauxite clinker as aggregate, with high quality bauxite clinker and alumina powder as substrate, superfine powder and so on the many kinds of composite material as binder and additives, and made from stainless steel heat resistant fiber.

The overall strength of the furnace wall is greatly enhanced due to the addition of steel fiber.In CFB boiler, it is often used in the furnace outlet and side wall, top, cyclone separator, cyclone separator and reflector.

Steel fiber refractory casting material is made of high alumina clinker or brown corundum as aggregate and powder. It can be used as a water hard refractory casting material with the combination of combination agent and moderate heat resistance, stainless steel fiber and admixture.
