Steel CZ purlin rolling forming machine can produce both C channel and Z change profiles in one machine, and the machine can auto change the profile and specifications automatically, while without replace the rollers if want to do different specifications` purlines. And there is screen showing the changes. In mass production, the PLC can control the profile, specification, length, vertical punching, cutting, and roll forming automatically.
Steel CZ purlin rolling forming machine consists of hydraulic uncoiler, flattening device, 2 sets of hydraulic punching equipment, hydraulic cutting equipment, changeable roll former, PLC controller, hydraulic system etc.
The main driven system use proportional servo control technology. The control of speed, length and position is accurate.
The control system includes an industrial computer, RS485 connector with PLC. The system use WINDOWS2000 with soft ware IFIX. It can reminder the fault automatically, limit setting, has report forms administrators, and has saving performance of multi-mass production. The outlook of the machine is beautiful, has high working efficiency. Its forming speed can reach 30m/min.

Main components Steel CZ purlin rolling forming machine
1) Hydraulic uncoiler
It consists of main frame, mandrel, brake equipment and coil press arm. The main frame is made of welded steel structure.

2)Flattening device
It consists of coil guiding roller, and flattening rollers. It is under power of hydraulic motor. And meanwhile, use synchronous system to keep the flattening speed same as the roll forming speed.
3) Hydraulic punching equipment
It has 2 group punching equipments. Power initial is from the oil cylinder. One group
punching equipments are with two holes, the other group punching equipments with one hole. Punched holes can be adjustable in width, and in length way can punching at any distance.
4) Hydraulic cutting equipment
Function: with the encoder, can cut the panel in piece according to the set length. Power initial is from hydraulic station.
5) Changeable roll former
Consist of driven motor, main frame, forming rollers, changing parts and auto
adjusting device.
