SMMS Nonwoven Fabric Machine

The SMMS polypropylene spun-bonded nonwoven machine uses two spun-bond dies and two melt-bond dies to produce composite non-woven fabric, and it combines the spunbond and meltbond technologies in one time. With two spin positions, you can produce especially high quality composite non-woven fabric at the speed of up to 250m/min.

The SMMS nonwoven fabric lIne consists of two spunbond dies and two meltblown dies , extruding machine, melt filter, measuring pump, refrigerator, winding machine and so on. These main components of the SMMS  nonwoven machine are manufactured by professional factory in Changzhou, Shanghai or Wuhan. Also, the rest part of the SMMS1600 composite nonwoven fabric line is manufactured by our selves since our company has a large number of professional engineers and technicians.
