Process according to crude oil varieties.

2. Degumming
3. Deacidification
4. Bleaching
5. Deodorization

Functions of main equipment:

1. Crude oil pump: Convey crude oil
2. Crude oil heater: Heat crude oil
3. Neutrallzation reaction tank: Make alkali and free fat acid reactive
4. Soapstock: Store soapstock
5. Tripping oil box: Trip oil of washing process
6. White clay pre-mixer: Make white clay mix with parts of oil first
7. Bleach filter: Filter white clay
8. Slop tank: Store slop
9. Oil/oil heat exchanger: Heat bleaching oil
10. Deodorizing tower: Remove the odour
11. Heat-conducting oil furnace: Heat heat-conducting oil
12. Crystallizing tank: Provide the condition in which the oil become crystalized
13. Steam header: Store compressed air
14. Refrigerating unit: Provide refrigerating liquid
15. Air compressor: Provide compressed air
16. Fractionation: Separate the oil with different melting point

Description of palm oil refinery
1. It laso need cleaning equipment, includes vibration screen, destoner, screw cveyer.
2. The frye, oil press, plate and frame filer are needed for small capcity.
3. It is important for custmer to get the production line and diagram flow
4. It will take one month to produce the whole production line.
