2, Mix the paint & thinner (pure water) according to the proportion mentioned above, proceed the spraying with the mixed paint on the cleaned surface of the substrate. If brushing is applied, reduce the proportion of the thinner to make a suitable viscosity for brushing operation.
3, Keep the painted substrate STILL for 1~2 minutes, put it in the oven operated at 50~60°C for pipelining drying or go for air drying for 8~12 hours.
4, Proceed the recoating after sanding the substrate with abrasive paper of 800~1000 grit and cleaning. Recoating subjects to the procedure of step 1 & 2.
5, Make sure the paint will be well stirred before use, and if the performance test is to be proceeded, do it only after no less than 48 hours after drying.
