It mainly includes mill roll stand, single facer, preheater, single layer conveyor, slitter scorer and cut off, stacker, steamed heating system, air compressor system and glue making system etc. The flute shape is UV, the flute includes A, C, B, E, F, G six in total. The maximum mechanical speed can reach 150m/min, the working width is 1200-2200mm.

* Three paperboard conveying section, invertor motor, inverter controls cardboard stack and transport, the transporting speed and cardboard speed are synchronous.
* Pneumatically control, automatical counting and changing order, changing pile and order quickly and precisely.
* Lift type receive paper platform, computer controls the motion, the stacking effect is steady and neat.
* Back baffle automatically control positioning, when changing order, it automatically, quickly and precisely adjust.
* Inverter motor and inverter control the paperboard lateral output, when reaching the setting quantity, it will output paperboard automatically.
