Description

Xinhai circular vibrating screen is used for finally screening. It was successfully manufactured with absorbing advantages of overseas vibrating screens and combined with Chinese machinery processing technology, raw materials and characteristics of plants. The lateral plate is made of the high quality steel plate without any welding point. The lateral plate, beam and the vibration exciter are connected with strength bolts and ring grooved lock bolts. The stiffness and strength of this machine is pretty good. At the same time, the motion frequency, amplitude and the dip angle of screen surface can be also adjusted, which gives it wider applications.

Application

The vibrating screens are mainly used in coal dressing, metallurgy, mine, power station, water conservancy project, building industry, light industry and chemical industry, etc.

Working principle

Circular vibrating screen produces vibrating force by vibrating generator; it makes screen body vibrate periodically according to vibrating direction. Materials are separated into various sizes according to different requests, and transported to specified places. Vibrating frequency can be adjusted by adjusting eccentric block.
