Ring Hammer Crusher   Product Introduction Ring hammer crusher, a new generation of crusher integrating advantages of hammer crusher and reaction crusher, is applicable to brittle materials of various intermediate hardness and smaller corrosiveness. Meanwhile, dampness of materials shall not exceed 15% and compression strength shall be lower than 100Mpa.   Product Function  Ring hammer crusher is applicable to various materials of intermediate hardness and lower corrosiveness. Compression strength of materials shall not exceed 100MPa, dampness lower than 15%. Coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, limestone, brick and tile and so on could be rushed, so are some fiber structures, broken wood of strong flexibility and toughness, paper or wastes of asbestos and cement to recycle asbestos fiber. Besides, ring hammer crusher can not only be sued in crushing production line and sand making production line, but also replaces cone crusher in ore separation production line. 
  Principle of Operation The main working part of machine is equipped with a rotor with a hammer. The rotor comprises a ring hammer shaft and a ring hammer. The motor drives the rotor in the crushing cavity to rotate at high speed. Material is fed into the machine from the upper mouth, blown, impacted, shared and milled by the hammer in high speed movement. Heavy hammer crusher is equipped with a grate in the lower part of the rotor, and crushing material less than sieve size would be discharged through the grate while large particles at a coarse level will continue to remain in the sieve and be impacted and milled by the hammer, and finally be discharged out of the machine through the grate.   Advantages  Simple structure, easy haul and maintenance, convenient operation, large feeding particle size and even discharging particle size which could be changed through the adjustment of gap between grates to meet different customers’ requirements.    Technical Parameter
