Detail Description
1. Description
PCL Series Vertical Shaft Crusher is a new type and high effective fine crusher made by Shaorui Heavy Industries with advantages of both traditional hammer crusher and impact crusher. It integrates shock, impact centrifugation, strike, cutting and milling together in one. It is easy to disassemble, high efficienct to maintain, low in consumption, and great in production capacity. It is widely applied in fine crushing for building materials, chemical industry, mining and metallurgy. With this series hammer crusher, material granularities can be reduced greatly by crushign instead of milling.

3. Working Principle
Motor drives rotor to rotate in high speed in the crushing cavity. The materials are fed into the machine through the upper feeding opening and are striked, impactedand grinded by high speed moving. Under the bottom of rotor, it is equipped with sieve plate. Among the crushed materials fractions that is less than mesh size are discharged through sieve plate, materials fractions that is bigger than mesh size are kept on the sieve plate to be striked and grinded by hammer and they are discharged out of machine finally.

1. Very large feed opening to guarantee a large feeing size
2. Although the feeding size is big, the size for finished materials is below 50mm to greatly simplify the crushing process.
3. Applicable to mining, cement, coal, metallurgy, building materials, road and burning for fine crushing for medium-hard and fragile materials.
