Servo Motor Injection Machine

GS-HS plastic injection machine of oil-electric compound system control series is the product newly developed by GS Machinery with features of economic benefits, energy saving, high response and low noise.

Structure principle: during actual working status, the system directly feedbacks the pressure-flow rate signal through exit pressure sensor of oil pump and cycloscope to the high speed servo driver. The servo driver gives out electric signal to servo driving motor and oil pump, allowing for corresponding change of pressure and flow rate, therefore, the closed circuit control of pressure and flow rate is realized.

In addition, the temperature from the machine running is very low, it can reduce at least 30% cooling water consumption, make low noise around the machine, extend the service life of airproof seals and reduce greatly the use and maintenance cost of machine. The injection machine with variable pump controlling system brings obvious economic benefits to wide customers relying on its excellent performance.
