3. Hot Air  Rotary Oven 1 set	Back and side with Baking varnish. The oven adopt electronic button control. All the inside is stainless steel. Thermal wind circulating and combine the small movable cars to make sure heating evenly.
4. Rack  Baking Plate Rack 2 sets	This oven rack is the necessary equipment for the moon cake production line. It is made of stainless steel, which conforms to the food hygienic standard.

80L Dough  Mixer (optional)	It can mix eggs, stirring paste, and other liquid flour. All of steel is stainless which is good for health. The machine is controlled by  programmed control system,  with screen touch system,  automatic rise and down system. It is used for making filling paste.
