Semi-synthetic Cutting Fluids
Specially for magnesium alloy processing design, in the original formulation technology to carry on the new transformation and the breakthrough, the special additive can restrain the magnesium scale production, avoids the magnesium scale to affect the processing accuracy. The original 3P protection technology effectively organizes the reaction of H and OH ions with magnesium in the processing fluid, protects the magnesium from corrosion, achieves the perfect surface quality, does not separate hydrogen, makes operation safe, and can also be used for corrosion protection of magnesium alloys. Especially enhanced stability, it further improves its resistance to hard water, even when the concentration of Mg ions is up to 5000ppm, there is still no phenomenon of soaping. It is suitable for all kinds of load cutting process of magnesium alloy.
