Scope of application

Self-healing low-voltage shunt capacitor is suitable for low-voltage power systems with a frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz. It is mainly used to improve power factor, reduce reactive power loss, improve voltage quality and transformer capacity. It is the best energy-saving product recommended by the country.

It complies with the standards GB/T12747-2004, IEC60831-1996.

 

Normal service conditions

The capacitor is not allowed to be put into use again until residual voltage of the capacitor is reduced to 10% of rated voltage after the power supply is cut off. Generally, this process will last 200s. Therefore, the controller must have the function of locking time for the capacitor to be put into use after the power supply is cut off. However, if general controller is adopted, rapid discharge facility shall be installed, which is not applicable to that with equipotential switching device.

Altitude should not exceed 2000m.

Ambient temperature category -25℃, minimum temperature -25℃, maximum temperature category C, (maximum temperature should not exceeding 50℃, the mean temperature within 24h should not exceed 40℃, and within one year should not exceed 30℃). Capacitors should be operated in in good ventilation and not allowed to work in closed or non-ventilated environment.

No oil leakage, environmental protection

Microcrystalline wax is used as the impregnation, whose drop melting point is over 70℃ and is solid at normal temperature. No oil leakage during use, avoiding environmental pollution. It not only has dry structural characteristics, but also has the advantages of impregnating capacitors. In addition, the unique impregnation process makes capacitor operation more reliable;

 Corrosion-resistant and anti-counterfeit shell, beautiful and firm

The printed iron shell is treated with special double anti-corrosion treatment, which greatly improves its corrosion resistance, with unique anti-counterfeiting design and fine and beautiful appearance.
