Self adhesive butyl sealing tape

Description:

Butyl sealant tape is mainly made of butyl rubber. It is environmentally friendly, non-cure, self-adhesive tape. The features are excellent adherence, time resistance, waterproofing and easily adhere onto different surfaces. It also pocesses the functions of airproof, shockproof and protection. Its a unique waterproofing sealant material without any solvent, non-shrinkage and non-noxious gas.

2.Connection of EPDM waterproofing membrane and polyethylene membrane.

3.Waterproof of windows,cement wall surface,ventilating shaft&decoration seal.

Note:1)All testing condition temperature is set at 23C besides low/High Temperature testing.

2)The product can last up to 20 years (using U.V 100 hour as an indication of one year).

Use Method:

1.Choose the reasonable size of butyl tape according to the gap of steel board.

2. Make sure of the surface is clean and dry before application.

3. Stick the double butyl tape on the gap from the beginning to the end of the under steel board. Press the butyl tape stick to the steel board fully.

4. Peel off the release liner, put the above steel board on the butyl and press the above board until the two adhere with each stable.
