Product description
Simple description:
- Product no: SJ101
- Size: 10-60 (2.0-0.3mm)
- Color: gray
- Performance: desulfuration, dephosphorization, anti-rust
Detailed product description:
- SJ101 is a kind of fluoride-alkaline-type slag-system sintered flux, with the mesh of 10-60 (2.0-0.3mm)
- It has great capacities of sulfur removal, phosphor removal and anti-rust
- The welding performance is excellent, easy to deslag and with fine appearance of weld even in the narrow gap of deep slope entrance
- The metal welding seam has good metal plastic toughness, low hydrogen content diffusion and fine properties of cold, heat and crack resistance
Usage:
- It can be applied to different welding wires and is fit for welding of low-carbon steels and low-alloy steels
- Moreover, it can be used for fast welding of pipeline steels and for welding of thick wall structures of different high-tensile steels
Cautions:
- The oil contamination, moisture, iron rust and other foreign substances must be removed from the welding joint
- It is better to weld under direct current
- When using the welding flux must be baked under 250-300°C for more than 2 hours
