Working principle of circular vibrating screen:
The eccentric vibrator high-speedly rotates by the motor through V-belts, the rotating eccentric block produces large centrifugal force to bring sieve boxes circle moving with certain amplitude. Under the impluse of the sieve box, the materials on the leaning screens produce a continuous throwing motion; In the contacting process of the materials and screen surface, particles smaller than sieve pass through the screen and classification is realized.
