Polyurethane (PU) is a polymer material polymerized with polymer polyol, isocyanate and crosslinking agent.
Characteristic:
(1) The Polyurethane (PU) is between the plastic and rubber.
(2) has high elasticity in the high strength.
(3) The tensile strength and tear strength are as twice high as ordinary rubber.
(4) outstanding abrasion resistance, ranks first in all synthetic materials.
(5) chemical and natural ageing resistance.
(6) hardness range is wide, the Shore A10 - Shore D80.
Application fields:
Non metal linings of ball mill as well as lining plate of funnel
