CBS is a good delayed action accelerator that provides considerably longer scorch time, great processing safety and fast full cure
Mainly used in tires, rubber shoes, cable and other rubber products
CBS can be used as the basis for efficient vulcanization system in combination with high levels of secondary accelerator, such as thiurams and dithiocarbamate, in obtaining better heating resistance and lower compression set value
CBS will caused slight discoloration in white or light colored compounds, but it is non-staining
Direction: add with other master-batch
