RTNⅡ Series Extracting Concentrator of Double-Effect Thermal Reflux
Usage: this equipment as a common product in producing Chinese tradition medicine is often used to extract effective ingredients from Chinese herbal medicine and perfume oil In such fields as pharmaceutical manufacturing, biology, food, chemical industry etc. a. The equipment is in ingenious design and good outlook. It is polished in both internal and external side in accordance with GMP requirements.
b. It’s mainly made up of extracting tank, foam breaker, condenser, cooler, oil-water separator, filter, reflux pump, evaporator with monotype outer circulation etc.
c. Compare to single-effect extracting and concentrator, double-effect machine can economize energy and can be used as single machine with high practical value.
d. The equipment with compact structure, and convenient operation. The extracting jar can be equipped with mixing device if needed.
e. The whole procedure is operated under seal, finishing extracting one time, with less solvent and short extracting and concentration time.
