RPA Lyophilized Pellet 1.0 (Fluo) applies for RPA (Recombinase Polymerase Amplification). A pellet (Ready to Use) contains all components except primer, probe, Mg2+ and template.
Only RNase-free ddH2O, Mg2+, template and primer are needed to be added when using.The system can identify and amplify nucleic acid fragments of target samples at a constant temperature of 39-42℃. It can be used with electrophoresis and real-time fluorescence for detection.
Suitable for fast detection and amplification of DNA.
