  Rotary Control Damper Actuator    Product Description       Switch-type actuator adopts bilateral control and it is widely used in damper control in the HVAC system. Optional: time protection, 1-position feedback switch, 2-position feedback switch, 2-limit switch, DC24V blackout and reset functions (for AC24V product only)     l Reliable Performance:   ----The application of bi-directional synchronous motor with magnetic clutch, which has overload protection, no limit switch required; the motor leaves-joints and the drive runs to the end and stops automatically;     ----Mechanical limit with adjustable accuracy of 15 °;   ---- Optional timing protection circuit to extend motor life-span;   ---- 1 or 2 auxiliary switches are available. (The function of the auxiliary switches can be designed according to customer’s requirement.) With two limit switches type: the operation angle of the drive can be set by adjusting the position of switch cam ranges from 0 to 90°.   With position feedback switch type: feedback angle can be adjusted range of ≥60° through clockwise turning; and ≥30° through anticlockwise turning. Factory setting: with one switch--- set at 90 °, two switches ---set at 0 ° and 90 °.   ----With DC24V blackout and reset functions type: it can only be installed in AC24V products, the drive can be 0° reset when the system is blackout by connecting an external DC24V power.     l Simple performance test   Easy performance test way of damper operation: The drive will be away from the gear transmission device when press the manual button on the drive. Keep pressing this button, the damper can be operated manually. (Please cut off the power supply in operation!)       l Convenient Installation       Square shaft type: connected and fixed to the square damper shaft. Dimension of the damper shaft as “dimension” figure below.
