Product description

The diameter of twisting roller is Ф350mm～Ф70mm. A pair of torsion rollers are installed on the suspended torsion body. The two ends of the torsion body are in the shape of circular shafts, which match the round holes of the torsion base. Under the action of the "screw + slider" mechanism, they can rotate left and right to control the torsion of the rolled piece horn. The torsion roller bearings are lubricated with oil, air or grease. There are cooling water holes on the torsion seat, and water is sprayed to cool the torsion roller.
