Rigid/Semi-rigid Water-repellent Rockwool Insulation Boards It's made from natural rocks such as basalt and limestone. The rocks are melted in a cupola and the molten lava is fiberized by a spinner. The inorganic fibers are bonded together using a thermosetting resin to form the final product which is cut into suitable sizes for easy handling and installation. Finds its way into thousands of residential and commercial buildings as well as into industrial and OEM applications.
♦Rock mineral wool slab products offer a wide range of benefits, and can be used in an equally wide range of applications. ♦Rock mineral wool slabs offer exceptional fire performance characteristics, as well as excellent thermal and acoustic properties. ♦SA products further improve upon the benefits of slabs by being scientifically designed and manufactured to provide a very high level of compression resistance The fibres are aligned in such a way as to dramatically increase the ability of the slab to resist heavy loads while maintaining the thermal, acoustic and fire performance Other properties of rock mineral wool insulation: vapour permeable ( " breaths" ) fire protection insulation resistant to aging and decay ( long living ) resistant to micro organisms and insects resistant to chemical substances chemically inert and completely recyclable with an ecological production process TYPICAL APPLICATIONS Flat roofs Membranes
Suspended ceilings Insulation with an extra high fire classification in addition to wood wool (application underground parking).
External walls Contact and ventilated
Internal and partition walls Insulation with an extra high fire classification
Floors Load bearing - impact sound insulation.
Insulation of industrial (power and chemical) plants With wired mats (and facade lamella mats) used in thermal and acoustic insulation for industrial work, pipe sections, and air ducts.
OEM Panels, doors, chimneys, domestic appliances, acoustic barriers, HVAC. A.

REMARKS FOR EIFS SYSTEMS • The temperature of air and glue must be from 5°C~35°C • Avoid sunshine, high temperature and freezing • Avoid strong wind during application • Avoid rain during application • Mineral Wool board must be applied closely one by one. The width of the gap must be less than 2mm,otherwise fill it with Mineral Wood strip. It is forbidden to fill with glue between two boards • The level deviation between two boards must be less than 1.5mm
