Fourth, the principle decoking

The decoking agent is a pale blue liquid (specific gravity :1.028-1 .1,; PH value :4-6.1, freezing point: a 7   °C), the main component of nitrate aqueous solution.

Coke (or soot) are essentially the impurities in the fuel is not completely burned, attached to the wall, economizer and air preheater, causing corrosion and reduce heat exchange efficiency. Boiler decoking agent works with coke chemical reaction, the first song of the coke and make complete combustion, and finally into light ash from flue.

Chemical reaction mechanism is to improve the coke layer melting point eutectic composition, so that the secondary combustion. Temperature at 400 °C, with the coke layer spontaneous combustion of organic matter. At 700 °C temperature, the air flow under the effect of the coke layer carbon foam, sulfur and other combustible substances collision, friction will occur combustion and microburst phenomenon, so that loose layer of coke. Decoking agent deep inside coke layer, changing the focal layer lattice, the coke layer is made of solid crystals of albite and anorthite, change to loose quartz and mullite.

At high temperatures, the chemical decoking agent attached to the pipe wall material, forming a protective film to prevent the water tube wall is an alkali metal compound and sulfide corrosion.

Fifth, usage and dosage

1, the boiler operation, by the observation wells is injected into the flame zone (spraying tool provided by my company, my company has professional engineers to guide the use), you can prevent the operation of coke.    

2, shutdown can be directly sprayed on the surface of coke, or a combination of high-pressure water jet cleaning effect will be better (due to high-pressure water jet cleaning effect is not ideal for residual mixture).
