Kiln cylinder material: Q235C.
2. Rack wheel: 40CrMn.
3. Pinion and pinion shaft: 40Cr hammering.
4. Riding wheel, tyre, and catch wheel: resistant alloy cast steel.
5. Kiln head sealing device, kiln end sealing device: stainless steel scales.     Working Principle The material will be calcined in the cylinder after enter the kiln from tail, and then will be turned over along the direction of circle and make a combined motion from the high-end to low-end along the axial because of the cylinder’s slope and low speed rotation. Then the material will be calcined into the clinker after discomposition, calcination and cooling technical process. So they will discharge from the low-end and move into the cooler. The fuel will be sprayed from the kiln head and start burning. The heat will be used to heat the materials and calcine the material into the clinker.
