      Fly ash dryer       Product Description   Fly ash dryer is composed of grains of fly ash. According to the granule morphology of the fly ash, the fly ash grain can be classified into:glass beads; sponge type glass bodies (including a glass body with small and compact grain and small hole, and a loosened and porous glass body with big grain); carbon grains. For the content of the bead in the fly ash discharged by our power plant is low, most of grains are sponge type glass body, and the granule distribution is extremely not uniform. Through grinding, the morphology structure of the original fly ash can be damaged, so that it becomes a breaking polyhedron with uniform granularity, the specific surface area is improved; thus its surface activity is improved, and the difference of the performance is improved.   Main application fly ash can be used as the mixture of cement, mortar and concrete and becomes the component of cement and concrete; as the raw material, the fly ash replaces the clay to produce the cement clinker, manufactures the sintered brick, evaporated air-entrapping concrete, foam concrete, hollow building brick, sintered or non-sintered ceramsite, and road pavement; and fly ash is also applied to build dam, construct port, and backfill farmland hollow land, coal subsidence area and mineral well; floating bead, microbeads, iron fine powder, carbon, aluminum, and other useful matters can be selected from the fly ash, wherein the floating bead and microbeads can be used as the heat insulation material, the fireproof material, plastics, and rubber filler.       Working principleFly ash dryer is also applicable to dry the industrial powder dust and waste slag, such as fly ash, ardealite, titanium gypsum. The working principle is as follows: powder-shaped or granular fly ash is conveyed to the feeder through a belt type conveyer, and then conveyed to a drying cylinder by the feeder; the fly ash is fully contacted with hot air in uniformly dispersed manner under the stirring of the shoveling plate uniformly distributed in the drying cylinder, thereby reaching the purpose of transmitting heat and mass. The dried fly ash at the terminal of the cylinder is discharged from the discharge device, the finished product is output by the belt discharging device, and then the drying process is finished.   The ash fly drying device is designed specific to the characteristics that the primary moisture of fly ash is higher than that of other material, the ratio is smaller than others, and the flowability is big in the course of drying. The ash fly drying device is compact in structure and small in occupied area; the device is a half of the floor area occupied by the single cylinder with the same output; moreover, the ash fly drying device is reliable in work, low in energy consumption, high in heat efficiency, good in material drying effect, easy to realize the automatic control, and few in operation staff.
