Usage: manual feeding formed soft bag and automatic feeding plug, automatic filling liquid infusion and plugging soft bag; easily quantification ally controlled by PLC and touch screen, need not change parts of filling section. Suitable for: 50-1000ml PVC, non-PVC or other material formed soft bag. (Option: special design for soft bag’s size or filling volume out of above range.)   Characteristic:  Contact parts made of SUS316L, other surfaces SUS304 and sanitary material, matching up EU cGMP. Manufacture according to CE standard. (Option: CE certificate with marks.) Suitable for all kinds of soft bag, including PVC, non-PVC and other materials. Filling range is big from 50-1000ml, filling system easily time-pressure control, filling pressure: 0.15-0.2Mpa, filling precision ± 2 %, needs not any change parts of filling section. Changeable plugging heads, suitable for different plugs Two operations model can be chosen whenever: Automatic continuous operation model: set and adjust filling volume on touch screen, automatic feeding plug, filling liquid medicine, plugging then releasing. JDGF-D2000, 2000bph (for 500ml); JDGF-D1000, 1000bph (for 500ml). Manual intermittence operation model: suitable for adjusting machine and establishing SOP. Safety protection: Protection cover with S.S. fence in the front and rear, building in safety interlock switch.
