Inspection process specification

（1）The operator shall put the electric heat pipe under test at the inlet of the incoming rail (in the special detection carry-on box, placed side by side in the box, and within the receiving field of the inspection view), and then put the electric heat pipe under test into the rail, and test the indoor track to reach the detection position.

（2)The electric heat pipe is detected by the movement of the track back and forth.

(3)After the test, the electric heat pipe can be discharged through the incoming track or through the outgoing track.

A. The detection system adopts the method of top to bottom reflection, that is, the X-ray source is fixed above the detection room track, and the flat panel is fixed below the detection room track. And the detection of track roller spacing will not block the detection path.

B. When testing, the special measuring ruler (lead ruler) can be placed beside the electric heat pipe under test, so as to facilitate the observation of the position and size of the resistance ratio of the electric heat pipe under test.
