1 PRINTING PROCESS
Our factory has professional printing team with 9-color and 8-color computer printing machines.We are very strict with printers’ professional skills,material’ quality,printing ink and solvent quality etc. For reaching environmental friendly standard, our factory also uses non-toxic, free of heavy metal, environmental friendly ester-soluble ink and solvent,We set up lots of equipment to implement drying and ventilation, and reduce solvent residue.   8 color Printing Machines   9 color Printing Machines   2 STRIP DIVIDING PROCESS AFTER PRINTING  After printing, the multi-patterns are slit into individual pattern.     3 FOLDING PROCESS Folding process is to fold single layer material into double viafolding glue. We use folding glue monitoring equipment to ensure material's uniformity and stablituy.   Folding  machine        4 CUTTING PROCESS If customes need manual labeling  sleeves to shrink, we can roll films into pieces of sleeves by cutting machine.
