PVC Pipe Extrusion Line is specially designed for producing PVC pipe. It mainly includes twin screw extruder, pipe extrusion die, vacuum calibrating water tank, spray cooling water tank, hauling unit, cutting unit and stack unit.

Conical twin screw extruder: Advanced and unique screw design concept ensures the high efficiency extrusion of PVC material, Unique screw design combined with plasticization concept ensures flexible plasticization and super-high output extrusion, Advanced control system ensures the good running.

PVC extrusion die: innovative spiral flowing structure avoids fuse mark appearance on the bigger pipe, profile of ideal dwell time is full of the whole flow cross-section, Homogeneous melt distribution with sel ective temperature control guarantees outstanding product characteristics for PVC materials.

Vacuum calibration water tank: with visible stainless steel structure, With two-stage vacuum system in vacuum calibration tank for large diameter pipe, With accurate water level & water temperature automatical control system, With stable recycle liquid filter system.

Spray cooling water tank: special spray ensure fast cooling effect, stainless steel effects environmental concept, With accurate water level & water temperature automatical control system with advanced valve& element.

Hauling unit: Separate speed reulation and flexible hauling method, high-reliable transmission system ensures the high eficiency and high quality normal extrusion.
