PVC sheet production line PVC edge banding manufacturing machine   This PVC edge banding manufacturing machine is used for making PVC sheet, and the PVC sheet shall be used for making edge banding. the line shall make a 600mm width PVC sheet, and then use slitting machine to cut the PVC sheet into small width for around 10-22mm width. printing and UV coating is also necessary for the Edge banding.   The machine needed as following: 1, mixing machine 2, SJSZ80/156 PVC sheet extrusion line 3, slitting machine 4, Printing and UV coating line.   The detailed pictures for the extrusion line as following: 1, SJSZ80/156 Extruder:conical double screw extruder, with 55kw motor. capacity is 200-300kg/h 2, die and mold: for 600mm width, 0.4-2mm thickness. 3, Three roller calendaring machine:  the three rollers are used for forming the PVC sheet. the thickness of the sheet is adjusted by the three-roller calendaring machine. the roller can be smooth, also can be designed with grooves for sanding design or embossing design. 4, cooling bracket: 5 meters length. with online edge cutting system. 5, online edge cutting system: two knives, adjustable for width 6,online half slitting system: this system is for slitting the sheet into 300mm width.
