PVC Coated Wire Rope

    PVC Coated Galvanized Wire Rope, designed for industrial and agriculture applications. Is an assembly of wire strands formed helically around a central core.

    Agriculture PE Rope, At strands with 19 wires per strand construction in galvanized steel results in a cable that s both flexible and creates excellent resistance to corrosion. For strength purposes, most wire rope is made of bright (uncoated or bare) wire. However, it is also produced in a variety of finishes, such as polypropylene (PE), vinyl (PVC), or nylon. These coatings can increase overall durability and strength, and allow for specific use.  A vinyl coating adds a layer of protection to shield the wire from grit, dirt, moisture and other abrasions. The tough yet flexible layer also seals in lubricant, to reduce wear on pulleys and sheaves. A PVC/PET coated wire rope is also easier to handle.
