  Product Description Polyurethane Reactive Hot Melt Adhesive (PUR), is the moisture cured reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive. The basis is end isocyanic acid polyurethane. Under the high temperature condition, PUR adhesive molecule react with the moisture in the air or on the adherend, or ract with the live hydrogen matters to form portion cross-linked network structure, which makes the bonding strength, heat resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance better than other normal adhesives. Process Directions:   1. Preheat the PUR adhesives to the operation temperature for 40 minutes, and then use the specified adhesive machine to coat and bond.   2. The bonded workpiece could be adjusted after 10 minutes, clean the additional adhesives;    3. Keep the material at normal temperature and 65% relative humidity for 24 hours, and then go to the next process. The performance should be tested after one week.    4. The operation should be done with the drafty condition, the un-cured adhesives can be cleaned with acetone, after adhesives usage, the adhesive machine must be clean with the relative cleaning agent.
