Material: 100% PTFE granular resin

Temp: -50° C ~ + 200° C
PTFE rod seal is a combination of a PTFE slip ring and an energising O-ring. It is produced with the squeeze of the O-ring ensures a good sealing effect even at low pressure. At highter systems pressures, the O-ring is energised by the fluid, pushing the slip ring against the sealing face with increasing force.
We can offer different PTFE rod seals for a variety of standard piston bore & rod dimensions.
The PTFE rod seal has following advantages:

No stick-slip
Simple groove design
Available for all diameters up to 2500mm
Compatible with virtually all fluids
