Product description
GPNi2501B is a carbide PTA welding powder which mixed by high portion of spherical cast tungsten carbide powder and nickel based alloy powder. The spherical CTC hardness is HV0.1 2800-3200 which offers welding layer a higher hardness and impact toughness to protect parts that exposed in high abrasion and impact wear. The welding layer can enhance wear resistance to 3-10 times and extend work part service life to 3-5 times.
